  • Can I return an item?
    Yes! We allow returns of all items within 14 days of your order received date. You need to contact with customer service to get a refund. You must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage. We don't return products with tags cut off. Please note, it is customer responsible for paying for returns post delivery.
  • How can I exchange an item?
    Because the quantity of our products is very limited, and the prices are different. We suggest you return the goods before placing a new order. This is the most efficient and quickest way to get the best one for you.
  • When will I receive my item?
    Once your order is successfully submitted, we then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date from our partner courier, Fedex. Please note that the standard delivery time of 1-2 business days inside of UK; Within the EU, deliver usually takes 1 to 4 working days are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays.
  • Do you have discount for large order?
    Yes! We have a special offer for customers who buy two or more pieces in one order, you can get 10% off when you check out.
  • Do you have a warranty for items?
    Yes! We have one year warranty for all items. If you have any quality problems with the products you bought within one year, please contact our service service.
  • How do I know if the cap size fit my head?
    There is only one size of our caps. There is a size adjustment strap inside the hat, which can be adjusted arbitrarily from 52cm to 62cm to meet customers with different head circumference.
  • How to properly place my cap?
    When you buy our products, we will put the hat in a velvety pouch which as a gift. We strongly recommend that you store the hat in the pouch after use to avoid dust.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    You can use all the major credit card, debit card and Paypal.
  • Is VAT Charged?
    All our price included VAT on products.
  • Do you have the product in stock?
    All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

  • What are the delivery charges?
    It will be free of charge for customers based in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Customers opting for standard delivery should expect to have their order dispatched within 1-4 days, with a potential delay in busy sale periods.All standard UK and European orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Free delivery is not available on European orders. Please note, delivery charges vary depending on your location. Your charge will be displayed at the checkout.
